We want you to feel confident with every wig you buy from Silvara Wigs. If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund (conditions apply). To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
If you received the wrong or a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes to show in your bank account may vary depending on your payment provider.
